奧緯咨詢上海、北京辦公室2025年暑期實(shí)習(xí)招聘現(xiàn)已正式啟動(dòng)！在這里，你將有機(jī)會(huì)在戰(zhàn)略項(xiàng)目中擔(dān)任核心角色，深入了解咨詢行業(yè)的運(yùn)作模式，感受咨詢工作的獨(dú)特魅力。

崗位職責(zé)

As a new joiner at Oliver Wyman, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects for large clients worldwide, developing your expertise quickly and making an immediate impact. You'll work alongside senior colleagues and clients, working as one to help to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. We believe in providing our consultants with the freedom and support they need to succeed in their own way. We provide an apprenticeship model for learning on the job, supplemented by formal training to help you rapidly develop your communication, presentation, and client management skills.

崗位要求

2026屆本科、碩士及博士畢業(yè)生能夠展示主動(dòng)性、洞察力和創(chuàng)造力，具有出色的問題解決能力和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)乃季S分析能力不限專業(yè)，無需具備從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn) 有豐富有趣或令人印象深刻的課外經(jīng)歷中英文流利，可作為工作語言
